Worst experience ever! They make it impossible to close your account! They make you jump through a bunch of loops just to delete your account. Worst app ever!! I contacted support for assistance but they dont want to help me. You guys just say to contact support for assistance but they dont help me with the issue. You are just sending automated messages

All my trade got swiped out and disappear like it was never been there. I chatted their customer service and they asking me the trade ID, how could I provide ID number of my trades when it was disappeared like it was never been there. My very first trade was like I got scammed. When I'm taking profits all my trades got wiped out and disappear 😭

App doesn't have any transfer even though it's on their pictures. I think this is a scam. You can only deposit or withdraw, but it is indicated. Transfer and sometimes when trading app will just go blank or your trading assets or charts will just be swipe out, just disappear and all of a sudden appear And money will be debit from your trading account or when you want to close trade It delays it. If it is a technical problem?I guess the should developers work on it.
