I had rated this app 5 stars, but for the past year it's been nothing but crashes and locking me out of the app so I constantly have to go to the bank and create a new password. Its been 2 years since my last review. The crashes are pretty much non existent now. Not 5 stars though simply because i keep being forced to change my password.

Have to verify yourself multiple times, multiple ways to do anything on the app. Not very convenient compared to other banking apps. No access to documents, such as paid off loan statements. Good luck getting that lean off your car's title 🙂👍🏻

Horrible experience. It's always down and always difficult just to log in. Tells me the info I enter is incorrect everytime and then after the 5th time I enter my password then it just "decides" to let me in. Had to change my questions and security just to get in three times already within 3 months. Not ok. I'm glad I'm leaving this bank company right after we all get our stimulus checks
