NanoSpotter is an ingredient scanner and food label scanner that helps you check packaged foods for ingredients you want to watch for or avoid.

Scan a food barcode to check available ingredient information, or use your camera to scan the ingredient label directly. If barcode information is missing or incomplete, NanoSpotter lets you check the physical label instead.

Ingredient concerns are not the same for everyone. NanoSpotter is designed to help people look for both common and less-common ingredients without requiring every concern to fit into a predefined diet.

If you manage food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, or simply choose to avoid certain ingredients, NanoSpotter can make long and complicated ingredient labels easier to review.

BARCODE DATA ISN'T ALWAYS ENOUGH

Product databases can contain incomplete, missing, or outdated ingredient information. That's why NanoSpotter also lets you scan the ingredient label printed on the physical package.

NanoSpotter is an assistive ingredient-awareness tool. It does not determine whether a product is safe and does not guarantee that an ingredient is present or absent.

NanoSpotter can miss ingredients if a label is hard to read. Always check the full package label, especially when a serious allergy or sensitivity is involved.
