About this app

COOP SMART is the smartphone application for Associate members of the FEDECACES Cooperative Network that allows them to manage their financial products 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, quickly, safely and reliably.
Through COOP SMART you can do the following:
- Enter through your username and password or through your fingerprint *.
- Check balances and movements of your accounts.
- Transfers between own accounts
- Transfers to third parties.
- Payments to loans from your savings account.
- Find the location of the service points of the FEDECACES Cooperative Network
- Receive notifications and promotions
* This service works only on devices that have the fingerprint functionality. To activate the entry by means of your fingerprint, enter the application with your username and password; go to the "Settings" option that is available in the menu; activate the "Use fingerprint to enter" button and press the "Save" button.
Requirements:
COOP SMART is compatible with Android 5.0 or later operating system and to enter requires an alphanumeric user and password and that your device has a data plan or access to wireless networks. To have a user, download the application, complete the registration and follow the instructions provided.

Great services, love their app

Se debería poder hacer pagos a otros bancos, pagos sde otros servicios por medios de NPE y trasferencia a la chivo wallet. Sería más versátil y más útil. La usarán más.

Dos estrellas porque esta app no suele ser actualizada y modernizada, fácilmente podría ser vulnerada, lo cuál genera desconfianza, ya que pasan muchos meses sin recibir cambios como lo suelen recibir apps de otras agencias bancarias. La uso pero me da miedo un dia perder mis fondos.
