About this app

At laya healthcare we are constantly trying to make things a little easier for our members and our recent app update allows you to manage your health insurance and healthcare needs all in the one place.

Simply take or upload a picture of your day to day medical expense receipts and submit them directly to our Claims Department for assessment through the Laya App.

We have also amalgamated our CareOnCall app so that members can contact Digital GP services including face to face video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service and access to home testing kits. Because this is an app you will want to keep using, we’ve enabled touch/face id for Android and Ios for speedy and secure login.

Ratings and reviews

I registered, confirmed on the email sent by Laya, which then brings up the Login screen. When I try to log in it tells me I have not confirmed. Aaarghhh. Also, when logging in you cannot see the characters of your password. Poor. Update: To use the app you must sign in with your password every time. Why??

it works but it's not user friendly and at this very moment nothing actually works in the app. they keep increasing costs but the app for example hasn't changed since I use it (5 years). honestly not worth it

Won't allow me to login saying email is incorrect yet login works fine on Web browser.
