waste of time, I've yet to be able to login into this app, I've been trying for over 6 months, reached out to laya to try figure it out, they recommended signing in on a computer, tried that, doesn't work either, anyone I've asked that has laya has the very same issue so it's not a one off problem, you try to register account, it sends you activation email, you click on the activation link, brings you back to repeat the process, you could do it 100 times and it will not let you login. please fix

Updated review. (1 to 4 stars) App is a lot better now. logins work properly and it seems to do all the things it should. Much improved from what it used to be. Just awful app. Makes me login every single time I want to use it and never ever remembers the password. I'm sick of having to reset password every time I want to use this stupid app.

I have a very good Samsung tablet. It works well and fast with most apps but not the new Laya app because it runs on the not quite new Android 7. I'd endless trouble with the old Health Coach app and the Laya website. It's time Laya for their act together and produced some useable IT offerings. Reply to Laya - Android 8 was released just about three years ago. It takes a while, often well over a year, for manufacturer, for take up each version so Android 7 devices could have been on widespread sale up to two years ago or even more recently, so you're telling people their good two year old devices are obsolete. The website problem may have been actually the website or the PC app. I laboriously input a few receipts, which took ages, but they were accepted that is until I tried to finish whereupon all my work was lost. Your tech support told me to use the mobile app, not the website (or PC app if that's what it was). Why have the facility available at all if all it does is waste peoples time.
