The Feel application is based on Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies which have proven effectiveness in the treatment of depression, with high success rates (75%) and an improvement in well-being from 4 weeks.

Feel offers a personalized experience by adapting to your individual needs. The app guides you through exercises and daily routines that match your profile and your progress towards mental well-being:
- Guided relaxation exercises to help you relax, reduce stress and get to sleep more easily;
- Journal of automatic thoughts and emotions to identify, track and treat negative thoughts;
- Practical exercises to analyze and reshape your thoughts by replacing negative thoughts with positive, realistic ones
- Articles, podcasts and videos to understand what is happening to you, how to use the different tools in the application and the impact of your activities (nutrition, sleep and physical activity, etc.)
- Diary to record your actions, find ideas for activities adapted to your situation and assess their impact on your well-being;
- Track your mood to easily track its evolution over time and see your progress.

Thanks to a personalized, intuitive interface that rewards your achievements, you will be able to track your mood, practice relaxation exercises and record your automatic thoughts in your CBT journal, wherever you are and whenever you want. Whether you are at home, at work or on the move, our application goes everywhere with you.

We work in close collaboration with health professionals (psychiatrists, psychotherapists, etc.) to offer you reliable and effective advice and tools to improve your mental well-being.

Feel can be used as self-therapy, or in addition to consultation with a health professional. Consultation is particularly recommended if you suffer from severe depression. In fact, Feel is not a medical device, and cannot replace a consultation with a health professional.

Feel is regularly updated with new features, enhanced content, and user experience improvements to ensure you always have the most effective tools for your self-therapy.
