I love(d) this app until today. I have been binge watching one of the mystery series, and today, I can't even log into my app at all. Even after I reset my password that didn't need to be reset, it STILL will not let me log in to my app. It started showing up as "HMN [Experiment]" on my home screen and I can tell you, the "experiment" is failing to impress. It's ridiculous and frustrating. I'm not sure what happened to this app in the last 2 days, but I'm frustrated with it.

As of today (5.7.24), the app randomly logged me out and no longer recognizing my sign-on information. It allows me to login via internet, but won't show a movie, just when calls the heart trailers/commerials regardless of movie choice. It freeze after the advertisment ends. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck.

it was good until a couples days ago. it keeps freezing, cutting in and out. then I green picture will show up at the top. sometimes the sound goiles from high to low and low to high. I un-installed and reinstalled the app and it didn't work. if all these problems weren't happening I would have left a better rating.
