AlcoTrack is an alcohol tracker and BAC calculator that works off your own numbers. Enter your weight, height, age, and gender once, and every drink you log turns into a personal estimate of your blood alcohol content — your own curve, not a generic chart.

Whether you're practicing mindful drinking, keeping a drinking diary out of curiosity, or working toward more alcohol-free days, AlcoTrack sticks with you privately, day after day. A built-in AI Coach reads your own history and answers the questions a spreadsheet can't.

DATA & PRIVACY
Your data stays with you. AlcoTrack keeps a private alcohol log on your device, with no mandatory cloud sync and full export and backup whenever you want it. The optional AI Coach only sends anything when you actually ask it a question, and even then your chats aren't stored or used to train any model.

Ratings and reviews

By far the best app of this field. The user interface is designed beautifully, simple enough for anyone to use. But even better is the app's accuracy - I've tested a few others and found them lacking not only in accuracy, but extremely confusing, as if the devs didn't quite get what their own app was about. Not so with this one, AND it goes both ways with your intake - you can track your drinks, OR you can track your dry days, which can benefit anyone who feels the need. Thank you for this app!!

I like the app's approach, but it might just be a trial app for new users - with the last redesign, all you can see without paying is your "last 7 days" and "this week" numbers. Might be great for those willing to pay, but maybe not for those more casually looking to track consumption. Kudos to the dev for giving back features to previous users, though!

This seems pretty accurate so far with a lot of thought put into it. The attention to detail on the variables are what really sell it for me. The app even lets you out the metabolism rate in, though you should probably not change it, lest you overestimate how quick your metabolism is. However, like any other app this should only be taken as a close estimate I really love that you can put your own beverages into the preset. I wonder if the ones users add contribute to a database of some kind
