Most of the workouts are short, like 5 minutes, but they actually work. I was doing the 7x4 arm sequence, repeatedly, upping weight twice over time (tiny shoulder muscles just don't get super strong super fast), but I quit because I thought I was lying to myself. Like, "well, at least I did my arm workout today, if nothing else". A few months later I went back, and HOLY COW were my arms weak (and I had not quit working out, just quit using the app)! I'm back to these arm workouts!
