With the BLUE App for Smartphones and Tablets you can receive the calls from your FERMAX video door entry system on your mobile device. To set up the service you will need a WiFi Internet connection in your home, open the BLUE app and follow the simple step by step guide.

The service requires Google Play Services for proper operation as it is based on push notifications (some recent Huawei mobile devices may be incompatible).

Very basic application however it manages to lose connectivity once a month. The user can no longer login and you can fix it by totally removing the account and creating a new one (error 3). By wifi connection you are not having access, however if you use 5G connection, for some reason you get to delete the account and create a new one. Sorry Fermax poor quality on this.

Installed a new intercom system using Veo Wifi Monitors and this Blue Mobile Application. Yes, it's working but ... - the app starts ringing far too late - the app does not show an incoming call on the homescreen like Whatsapp, or a telephone call - the English manual is partly in Spanish - there are unclear error-messages like 'Error sending the Auto-on Command' and others without mention in the manual - opening the app is fast, but opening a camera is painfully slow. - it seems their server is in Spain and / or very slow which could explain the bad response in Singapore I sincerely hope an update will improve the situation, otherwise a lot of money wasted

Painfully buggy! Besides this app, the home system needs to be restarted once a month (you need to rip the monitor off the wall!). Often you cannot open remotely (isn't this the whole point of this app?), then you'll get ambiguous error messages like "Error sending Auto On command" (??) Even if the app works it lags 10-15 seconds until you'll get the call to your phone :( Even contacting support does not work!! (Settings - General - My Account - Contact Fermax - ERROR!)
