what happened? we used to be able to see who was at the door, now it stopped working. Edit: your Contact form doesn't work! Just downloads a log.txt file, but doesn't give an email address.

Hello Oliver, you need to select your email app to share the log.txt file and the email support address will be filled automatically. To help you, please contact us through the app by going to Settings → General tab → Contact Fermax, and include the reference ticket #390366 along with your issue. I updated the app yesterday and now it stopped working. It's not the first time that it does that.
