I paid extra for a ticket that was advertised as “cancel anytime,” but when I tried to cancel, Openferry refused. They claimed cancellations aren’t allowed within 48 hours — something that was never mentioned during booking. To make matters worse, it hadn’t even been 48 hours, but they still refused to cancel because I had another outbound ticket. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only generic responses and showing no real interest in resolving the issue. Overall, this company is a scam

Worst service ever. I selected my trip, went through the reschedule workflow, accepted the extra charge, then i was directed to a human operator (but the chat was closed for the day) who did nothing. App also does not show the exact location of the terminals. Had to get it from a confirmation email. Strongly not recommended.

This service is a travesty. When I get to log in it says my email address doesn't have an account associated with it. I went to support and they just told me to put my email in after clicking 'forgor password'. but that's the problem! I put in my email address and, guess what, it tells me there's no account associated with my email address, despite me booking using that email and receiving emails from them.
