About this app

In the MadyFit app you can find the program and meal plan that best suits your lifestyle and the equipment you have available.

All programs are based on scientific evidence and specifically designed to increase buttocks and legs. Each of them includes upper body routines. The programs are 8 weeks long and their continuations will continue to appear, where the structure of the
workouts to keep progressing.

Each barbell and plate program (GG, GG 2.0, HGS) includes an informative section with +8,000 words, where you'll learn a ton about how to take your workouts to the next level and get the most out of them. From the basics of how to “reach failure” and when to go to failure, to how to breathe when lifting heavy to keep your spine safe.

Food is key when it comes to increasing muscle and losing fat, which is why at MadyFit you will find semi-customized omnivorous, vegetarian and vegan meal plans; all made by our team's nutritionist. MadyFit also includes a section to enter your progress that will be expanded, and another where you will find blogposts with information that can be useful in your fit life.
