I am not sure what happened, but out of a sudden an update happen and UAE Pass login is not working now.

The app is full of bugs. Frequent crashes. payment methods not working make it very hard to do a simple task such as viewing and paying your bill.

What can I say? Bill payment failed for no reason and it's showing that the payment failed because "payment was successful" The amount was still deducted and had not reflected to my bill. And the worst thing is when you try to raise a complaint through the app itself it doesn't allow you because you can't chose anything from the drop down menu on the mandatory options. So you want to try and call them so you press the call button it starts dialing some random number that is not even a number
