I read a lot of reviews and all describe the same issue that I've been experiencing for 3 months. The app keeps crashing each time i try to login. What is the most frustrating in this story is that the support team seems not to give attention (a sh......) to this problem. I called them and i reported the problem, they advised me to uninstall the app and reinstall it again which i did many times, but useless because the same issue remains (I have Samsung S22 ultra with the last update of the app)

The app worked fine for a few months. But now i can't even login. The moment i click on login option, the app crashes, saying "the app has a bug. Trying clearing the cache and open again" But even clearing cache does nothing.

I can not download PDF files such as invoices. App requires storage permission, and there is no where in device settings to change storage permission for this app. App must be able to request permissions when we download and install it.
