The app is too good, very well designed and to the point. But I had a very tough time entering my Emirates id number because it would not show the "-" itself and would not allow me to type. If I entered the ID number without '-', it would ask me to complete the number of digits. Some redesigning of code required at the backend. Rest all is great. Thanks

What can I say? Bill payment failed for no reason and it's showing that the payment failed because "payment was successful" The amount was still deducted and had not reflected to my bill. And the worst thing is when you try to raise a complaint through the app itself it doesn't allow you because you can't chose anything from the drop down menu on the mandatory options. So you want to try and call them so you press the call button it starts dialing some random number that is not even a number

Terrible service. We made the payment on time as usual. In the middle of the month during the summer month, they cut electricity and charge 297 AED. 197 Will be refunded, apparently, while 100 AED was fined for which inquiry will be raised. What inquiry? Are you kidding me? After making payments on a regular basis this is the kind of service you provide to your customers?My Mom was sitting in this hot weather at home without electricity, who's responsible for it?
