Slow, Sluggish app, fails to do payments, and if successful, the bank calls to check if it was fraudulent activity !? Fix your app

it's not a good experience. when I click the bill summery bill cannot see and cannot download the pfd of bill

The app is too good, very well designed and to the point. But I had a very tough time entering my Emirates id number because it would not show the "-" itself and would not allow me to type. If I entered the ID number without '-', it would ask me to complete the number of digits. Some redesigning of code required at the backend. Rest all is great. Thanks
