Iāve been trying to pay my bill through your app for the past one week, but Iām consistently encountering issues. Either the app shows a āsystem errorā message, or it fails to proceed when I reach the payment sectionāit simply does not move to the next step. Iāve tried multiple times and also checked my internet connection, but the issue persists. Kindly look into this matter and let me know if thereās any workaround or if a fix is being implemented.

this app now keeps on closing every time I try to open it and it has a bug, kindly bring an update and resolve this issue
