I am seriously considering closing my account with Seylan Bank due to poor performance of this app in the past few months. It takes forever to load, takes forever to complete transactions, if the network is slow and we try to re-enter, it says the account is already logged into a device, and to wait and try later. I have many banking apps, and this is by far the worst, even worse than govt banking apps!

I'm experiencing problems with the Seylan Bank mobile app. When I try to log in, it takes a long time to respond, and after waiting, it shows an error message saying there's a login problem. This has happened multiple times, and it's making it difficult to access my account when needed. I hope the technical team can look into this issue and fix it soon.

this app has to be updated. I had to use the app for an urgent matter, eventhough I entered the correct password, it says incorrect , and after 3 attempts it gets locked. I had to call hotline & get an otp to reset the password & that process also had to be done within 2 mins. this happened to me several times. & now I try to avoid doing transactions with seylan app. really disappointed.
