The Best Fintech App I’ve Used! I’ve been using Elevatepay for a while now, and honestly, it’s a game-changer. The bank transfers are super smooth and fast;no delays or hassle at all. What really impressed me is the exchange rate, which is way better than Payoneer. On top of that, there are absolutely no transfer fees or hidden charges, which makes it even more amazing. They have competitive exchange rates and low fees unlike Payoneer which sucks you dry. Right now it's the only app in a few countries that allow you to receive payments from platforms and clients in usd, apart from Payoneer which charges awful fees. App has a way to go as it feels kind of empty but regardless, it does what it's meant to do, which is help us receive payments from foreign clients. Wise used to be the king but they started closing accounts for arbitrary reasons.

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone who needs uninterrupted access to their funds. They suspended my account to verify a transaction and I haven't been able to get my account restored for over a month even after submitting all the contracts and supporting documents. All my funds are blocked in the account and the support completely became unresponsive for over 3 weeks now despite multiple follow up emails I sent over this period. Use at your own risk!
