EasyPrac is designed for teachers who organise and assess hands-on practical activities. Prepare your sessions, organise students in the room, assess them live while they work, and keep track of their results — all in one app.
Assess live while students work
EasyPrac is built to be used during the practical, not afterwards.
Move from station to station, observe your students and record their assessment directly in the app. Score questions, assess skills, evaluate a whole group or an individual student, and move on to the next station.
Results are recorded as you go. When the practical ends, the assessment is already done: no paper mark sheets to process later, no scores to copy into another document, and much less marking to take home.
Prepare your practicals
Create classes and student lists, organise them by grade level, and build reusable assessment templates.
EasyPrac supports two assessment methods:
- Questions: create point-based assessments with individual questions and scores.
- Skills: assess students using reusable skill sets and an A-E evaluation scale.
Organise your practical room
Recreate the layout of your classroom or practical room directly in EasyPrac.
During a session, assign students to groups and stations and see where everyone is working at a glance. When the same class returns to the same room, you can also reuse the group layout from a previous practical.
Follow student progress
Results are available from two complementary perspectives:
- By practical: view the results of the whole class for a given session.
- By student: review an individual student's practical history and progress over time.
Detailed results show scores question by question or assessments skill by skill, depending on the template used.

EasyPrac also lets you manage:
