Welcome to SOTKA, the first ever EduFitness (Education + Fitness) app that has already helped more than 1, 000, 000 people all over the world to transform their lives.


This is a FREE educational course developed for those, who want to transform their lives through the education of basics of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Thus, you will not find here strange challenges, extreme workouts, or advices from fitness “gurus”. Instead, you will be fully educated on how your body work and what you need to do to gain health, strength, beauty, and improve the quality of your life!

The SOTKA program is designed for 100 days, during which time you will receive new useful information and perform training complexes of basic bodyweight exercises.

BASIC Block (Day 1 to Day 49):

- Infoposts with answers to the most popular beginner’s questions, such as how to breath, how to improve flexibility, how to train during summer/winter, how to learn pull-ups from scratch, how much water to drink, and how long the training session should be, etc.

ADVANCED Block (Day 50 to Day 91):
- Exercises biomechanics and muscle work
- New training techniques every week
- Detailed review of the different body systems (cardiovascular, raspiratory, muscle)
- A practicum on training programs design

TURBO Block (Day 92 to Day 98):

- Challenge yourself with seven unique training routines

Super great app for working out. (Obviously) I do wish that the app would be a little more persistent with notifications for days that you start to feel lazy. I feel like if it notified you how many days you have skipped working out would be a good way to get around having a fixed time for working out every day. Other than that, the workout is simple and time efficient while giving pretty good results.

It's a useful app. Good theoretical basis. Everything is written in detail and easy to understand. It is worth finalizing the training system, adding exercises with additional weight. For beginners, it might be helpful to attach a video instruction for each exercise.

Great app! Keeps you up to date with a steady schedule while not blowing your phone up to do so. If you are even relatively disciplined, you will follow this app with ease. It starts you at your comfort level and builds from there in a safe, but efficient way. Honestly an amazing app!
