About this app
The core mission of the Family Hope Center (FHC) is to help families of children who have neurologically-based challenges, (dis)abilities, and disorders to significantly improve their children’s neurological and functional capabilities at home using the FHC’s proprietary brain-based approach.
The Family Hope Center’s approach consists of 4 steps:
(1) Educating parents on the fundamentals of how the brain works,
(2) Evaluating children using a proprietary neurodevelopmental assessment,
(3) Supporting caregivers in designing and implementing a home-based treatment plan, and
(4) Tracking results and measuring progress.
The FHC App serves as a valuable tool to assist parents in assessing their child’s neurodevelopmental abilities and implementing an effective home-based treatment plan. Parents complete an assessment of their child during the Parent Training Course, from which an individualized treatment plan is generated. Parents and caregivers can then implement this plan at home with the support of other app features such as customized instructional content, activity tracking and progress monitoring, and personalized clinical support and oversight.

- Easily complete and submit a child’s proprietary neurodevelopmental assessment and have the results calculated automatically.
- Automatically generate a customized treatment plan for a child based on their assessment.
- Access and review instructional videos, instructional guides, and additional details for each individual intervention in a child’s customized treatment plan.
- Track daily progress for each element of a child’s treatment plan & input the results of each session.
- Add family members, friends, and/or other helpers to be part of the treatment plan care team.
- Keep track of various important quality-of-life factors through easy-to-use daily and monthly questionnaires.
- View all a child’s past activity for any intervention in their treatment plan.
- See important trends in a child’s results.
Access to full app features is available with a subscription plan and after the online Parent Training Course has been completed and a child’s assessment has been submitted and reviewed.
