EuFeedback Field

EuFeedback Field is the official app for field teams at companies using EuFeedback as their enterprise feedback platform. It turns the surveyor’s mobile phone into a complete work tool: real-time assigned tasks, geolocation, photo evidence, and automatic synchronization with the office.

WHO IT IS FOR

Surveyors and promoters who visit stores, distributors, or customers in the field. Supervisors who need to locate their team and validate route compliance. Market research companies, brand audit teams, mystery shopping operations, price collection projects, commercial census teams, and display monitoring programs.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Real-time assigned tasks

Receive push notifications when your supervisor assigns you a new visit. Each task includes clear instructions, the store’s location on the map, and the form to complete.

Visits with photo evidence

Capture photos of the point of sale, scan product barcodes, collect digital signatures, and record notes. All evidence is linked to the visit and the exact GPS location at the time.

Nearby stores map

View stores around your location, identify pending visits, and optimize your route. Includes integration with the DGII registry in the Dominican Republic to auto-complete company data by RNC.

Secure and fast login

Access with a code + unique PIN assigned by your administrator. Enable Face ID or fingerprint login so you do not have to enter your PIN every time. Credentials are encrypted and stored securely on the device.

GPS tracking that respects work hours

Your location is only reported during the work schedule configured by your administrator. Outside that schedule, tracking is automatically paused. Privacy by design.

Personal statistics

View your completed visits, covered stores, average survey score, and active campaigns — all from your profile.

PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST

Location: to register geo-referenced visits and allow field staff tracking during the work schedule configured by your company. Outside that schedule, the app does NOT report your location.

Camera: to capture photo evidence for each visit. The app does not access your personal photo gallery.

Storage: to save photos before uploading them and to manage the offline visit queue.

Biometrics: optional. Face ID / fingerprint for quick login. Biometric authentication is processed 100% on your device; it is not stored or sent to any server.

Notifications: to alert you when a new task is assigned or when your supervisor sends you a message.

PRIVACY

EuFeedback Field never shares your location outside the work schedule configured by your company. All credentials are encrypted and stored in the device keystore. All server communication uses HTTPS.
