“Fideuram” is the Fideuram application for iPhone that offers information services and devices, designed for those who love mobility, innovation, ease of use and always want to operate with a high level of security.
You can consult your assets, check your account and your cards, consult the indices and stock prices* and arrange various payments directly from your iPhone** such as bank transfers and transfers, top-ups of cards and mobile phones or make payments of postal slips, MAV/RAV also by reading the QR code.
With “Fideuram” it is also possible to activate the new “Quick Access” function which allows you to access the information sections without having to enter the O-Key code; in this case the transaction operations will always be protected by the O-Key code and the personal data will be partially obscured by asterisks.
To enable Quick Access it is necessary to log in completely with the Owner Code, PIN and O-Key code and then activate the functionality in the App Options.
Designed for those who are always on the move, "Fideuram" not only offers banking functions, but also offers you various utility services such as Branch Finder, ATM Finder and Useful Numbers.
If you use the O-Key Smart app to generate O-Key codes, the Fideuram app, via the Generate O-Key button, will send the O-key codes via push notification for each individual operation and transaction, identified by amount and beneficiary , thus ensuring even greater online security. The O-Key code is valid for 30 seconds, after which you will need to return to the Fideuram app to receive a new notification.
For the service to function correctly, the Fideuram app and the O-Key Smart app must be installed on the same smartphone and it is necessary to delete any copies of the O-Key Smart app downloaded on other devices.
It is also necessary to activate notifications for the O-Key Smart app from your phone settings.
If the smartphone is offline, and therefore it is not possible to receive push notifications, the O-Key code will be sent via SMS to the certified mobile phone.
