To use the Field & Main Bank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Field & Main Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Constantly has issues "syncing". Almost never works! Can't even give an accurate balance most of the time. I've seen and spoke to other people with different banks and they all say they don't have these issues with their bank's apps. ATMs don't work most of the time and neither does this app. They're almost as useless as the manager at the local branch that wants to fight me everytime when cashing my paycheck despite having an account. Definitely pushing me towards looking for a new bank.

I hate that each transaction don't show time transaction was posted. And each transaction don't post til like a day later! ***Update*** Now I continuously be having "Sync Failed" errors constantly!! Making it to where I can't even check my updated balance! It's so Frustrating! I'm really thinking of changing banks due to this! We should always be available to our current balance immediately without hassle! And it seems to happen the weekends or after hours during week!

The mobile app works great except for depositing a check with my cell phone. I takes to long for it to post to my acct. If I take it to the band it post right away. Other than that it's the best customer service since I was younger. They seem to care. Thank you
