Fielddynamix is a field operations app built for mining and construction companies. It brings equipment management, safety forms, and daily reporting into one mobile platform — designed to work even in remote areas with no internet.

The app supports 10 form types: Heavy Vehicle Prestart, Light Vehicle Prestart, Equipment Prestart, Take 5 Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis, Hazard Report, Maintenance Request, End of Shift Report, Parts Request, and Contractor Timesheet. Each form is linked to the operator, machine, and site for full traceability.

Fielddynamix works fully offline. Forms can be completed and submitted without connectivity, with photos and signatures stored locally. Everything syncs automatically when the device comes back online. QR code scanning lets operators jump straight into a prestart checklist by scanning a machine — no searching required, even offline.

Managers can track equipment across sites, view machine history, monitor KPIs, and configure email routing so submissions reach the right people automatically. The app supports multiple roles (Operator, Admin, Super Admin) and multiple sites per company.
