I have left no less than five messages for them to contact me as I prepay for one year and my wife could not get back on her site ?? To think that you can send them multiple messages and not even get one response is nothing short of awful customer service. Either fix this and give us credit for the months not used or please refund the money

This game is rigged. I play solitaire and never get 3s, my computer partner hardly ever puts down meld and the opponents always win even though they never melded or had a canasta.

I enjoy playing live, but wish solitaire was a better experience. I am a proficient player, but can only win once in about every 8 games. Robot opponents are almost always able to meld first. Almost every time I manage to get a lead, robot opponents magically get specials - sometimes 3 or 4 a game. The game is programmed to make the possiblity of winning very slim. Please make solitaire a more fun experience by making it a more fair experience!
