Their app issues loan twice and the money is not even sent to your phone. It counts as ent and you get charged for money not received. Customer Service call and tell you it's being sorted but to date with interest accrued on a loan I did not receive no feedback or response from them on way forward. Don't recommend. And to date no response to my issue. Even it seems they have blocked me on whatsapp. Great and sending smses to stress you out but cannot sort their scamming systems.

The app is very convenient and responsible for customers when in need but please may you try to work on the days of loan payment so that customers may get enough time of paying back even though the app is a good one that I may urge people to join and get assisted in times of need thanks.
