App continually crashing at the last page of the sign up page, halfway through entering email address. Tried with 3 android phones , same result. Edit , as the developer promptly mentioned , you can use the website for sign up. The app still is unresponsive but at least you can do the job. Of course I'll make it 5 stars when the new app update comes.

Very weak technical support I have been reporting the same issue for more than three weeks now, and nothing has been fixed. Every time I contact support, they just tell me “next week” and nothing actually happens. For a financial service that students fully rely on, this level of technical support is unacceptable. I hope the team takes user issues more seriously and improves their response time.

By far one of the worst services I have ever used. The customer care is functionally useless. I have an outstanding request that has not taken four months to be addressed, and no resolution yet. They are genuinely lucky as a foreigner, you don't have much choice once you are locked into a blocked account, I suspect this is how they have managed to retain several of their customers. Look somewhere else for better services, a mattress bank might even perform better than what they have to offer.
