(Samsung Galaxy A03s) Can't get it to open at all, customer service gave me several troubleshoots (I tried them all) and attempted to help on their end but no luck whatsoever. Can't find any way to upload documents via their website either, seems to be a mobile app exclusive option. Totally useless for it's literal only purpose.

I had this app on my old phone for about a year with no problem. I try to open it on my new phone and I can't. I sent a message to them and all I get is to activate my account. And when I did open my account on the link they sent me there was nothing there to help me. This app needs to be compatible to all phones. Luckily I still have my old phone but what would happened if I didn't?

I can not get the app to open on my phone. It had been trying to update for a couple of weeks and now I deleted it. I then tried to reinstall it but it still won't open. I have a Samsung device.
