I have been trying to open this app for quite a while now. I gave up and thought maybe it was just something on their end that they needed to fix. I came back again about a month later and it's still not fixed. I can't see what I owe, I can't see a documents nor upload any, I can't see any of my legal information because I can't get onto any pages. I really wish this was fixed. And company itself is good I really like them it's just this app is ridiculously horrible. I can't see any of my info.

(Samsung Galaxy A03s) Can't get it to open at all, customer service gave me several troubleshoots (I tried them all) and attempted to help on their end but no luck whatsoever. Can't find any way to upload documents via their website either, seems to be a mobile app exclusive option. Totally useless for it's literal only purpose.

As far as app functionality it's bare minimum, enough to get the job done. Development team REALLY needs to do some polishing on GUI, half the words in the app are illegible because they are put inside tiny text boxes. When I complain that I can't see my balance due to text wrapping, dev team thinks I'm a joke. Got my finances in order though 👀.
