As far as app functionality it's bare minimum, enough to get the job done. Development team REALLY needs to do some polishing on GUI, half the words in the app are illegible because they are put inside tiny text boxes. When I complain that I can't see my balance due to text wrapping, dev team thinks I'm a joke. Got my finances in order though 👀.

(Samsung Galaxy A03s) Can't get it to open at all, customer service gave me several troubleshoots (I tried them all) and attempted to help on their end but no luck whatsoever. Can't find any way to upload documents via their website either, seems to be a mobile app exclusive option. Totally useless for it's literal only purpose.

I can't upload my documents. even after removing permissions. I even deleted and re installed app. keeps saying "permission not granted" so... how do I upload to my debt accounts?
