This app has a wonderful UI. And I was really looking for something to use to make wire transfers virtually. However, there is a lot of improvement needed to pay attention to customer support. I needed to make a payment to buy an asset. The money did not make it. Everytime I tried to reach them I was told time and again that they will update me soon and have me wait until I reached out to them again. Well, turns out I got my back into my account and I lost a very profitable deal. Really upset!

This App is all marketing. DO NOT WASTE TIME. The Scenario: You have given your word to a vendor to pay them. You come across this dumb A## app that gets you excited about being able to keep your word. You choose any credit card account you want to send money, and a day later an email says it was cancelled. Now you look like a effing liar to your vendor, you tied up your usable credit, and your searching for an alternate. No Customer service exist at all.

Love using Plastiq to pay my rent and utility bills with credit cards and earn points. In the app you can see all payments and their statuses in one list, which is convenient if you are forgetful like me.
