Fire & Flow is the app for the Fire & Flow hot yoga studio in British Columbia. Book a class, hold your mat, and pay the way you like.

CLASSES
• See this week's classes and the whole calendar, with what's open and what's full
• Book in a tap, or join the waitlist and get a push notification the moment a mat opens
• Class reminders before you need to leave

PLANS AND PASSES
• 12-week Program, Flex pass, Drop-in and Intro pass — pick what fits your week
• See your active plan, what's left on it, and your history
• Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Interac e-Transfer, through Stripe

YOUR PRACTICE
• Mark areas of focus or injuries on the body map so your instructor knows
• Instructor profiles: certifications, specialties and their weekly schedule
• Saved mats: can't make it? Offer your spot to another member
• At Home: practice between classes

INSTRUCTORS
