The app suddenly failed on my mobile, even though I am sure I have stable internet. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not working. This issue cannot be solved easily when I am overseas. Don't have an overseas phone call to call the Taiwan branch. So sad and couldn't log in to my account.
