terribly designed interface, log in is most complicated than it needs to be, very slow as well

Hello, I have problems accessing my account through the App. It is super slow and I can't make transactions. I am outside of Taiwan at the moment and therefore can't receive messages to my Taiwanese phone number. Is there anyway to get in contact with someone who can speak English and can help me to solve this issue?

So difficult to use... Im just trying to see my lastest credit card transaction, but looks like the data I'm able to get is 4 days old.
