it's a great app but needs improvement when it comes to signing in in another device

This app is so helpful, I like it, I would have given it 5 Stars but something needs to be updated, for example, this App doesn't show the name of the person you're sending money to, I have had issues with sending money to the wrong numbers because the app will only show you person's mobile number, or bank account number, without their name to confirm before sending which might not right sometimes. Please work on that, we should be able to see person's name as well before the transaction

Everytime i try to transfer money from my bank account to mpamba wallet it always says "unfortunately your request was unsuccessful. kindly note that you cannot transact on this platform this moment. please contact th3 branch for assistance". Then whats this
