Ratings and reviews

This app is so helpful, I like it, I would have given it 5 Stars but something needs to be updated, for example, this App doesn't show the name of the person you're sending money to, I have had issues with sending money to the wrong numbers because the app will only show you person's mobile number, or bank account number, without their name to confirm before sending which might not right sometimes. Please work on that, we should be able to see person's name as well before the transaction

To be honest this app was never useful for me. It never worked even for a day or is it because I am in Zimbabwe.

Inconvenient after ease of access with Barclays Zim. I am UK based and am always transferring money on the go. Since the change over of the mobile platform I have repeatedly tried to install the app. I log into my account on my device using the link to the website and the log in and information pages are clunky and not user friendly at all.
