It worked great for about a month but than everytime I would log on it wouldn't work, it would just shut down immediately! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again and nothing worked!!! Constant crashes! Even still while reviewing it won't finish loading the tell us more option! Reviewing your balance is never right either. Worst app ever!

I can not log in to the app. It keeps saying that it's that it is an unknown device. I have been using the same device to log in for the last eight months. The last two weeks it will not me log in. I called customer service and it worked for one day. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app like that said. I still get the same worning of unknown device.

This app really needs the developers to go back and fix it. I give it a zero star. It's horrendous. Couldn't create a new account I put the cards number and expiration date on initial page and couldnt move on to next step. Very frustrating. I ended calling instead to activate card. Smh no bueno!!!!! Update! It's 9/8/2024 and this app still sucks. It works when it wants, quite frankly its a hassell trying to login. You're better off calling the back of the card. -0 stars 👎
