They were great on the first call, even scheduled an appointment for Christmas, which I was confused, but was relieved I would have support on the holidays. And as a gift, the therapist never called; for the appointment or to reschedule. I have also found out I can no longer use the app for some reason? Definitely put this app on the list of companies that really don't care for your mental health.

Buggy app that just is not fluid. even if it has a good user interface, that doesn't matter if it only functions 2/3 of the time.

wait for return call was terribly long, but once provider called it was a great interaction. quite pleased with the provider, identifying her skill set and detail she took to determine my issue. I would use again, just disliked the 2 plus hour time to wait for a call back.
