I had previously rated this app as 1 star, because it was impossible to use Lastpass with it to log in. However, there was a major update on 3/22/2016, which completely reworked the user interface. Lastpass now works perfectly to autofill the login information, and the rest of the app responds quickly. It is also possible to deposit checks by photo now as well (it may have been possible before, but I didn't find that option). The only complaint I have is that the app immediately logs you off if you switch away from it, even momentarily. I can understand that from a security standpoint, but it would be nice to have a user-configurable timeout.
Newest update a flap. Very disappointed with this update. Pervious app worked perfectly for me. Easy to save login, deposit checks, and transfer funds from my accounts. Now I have no options for any of those. No save logins, so even If I minimize my app for a minute, it logs me out. No savings account info at all. And no option to make a deposit. Big draw back. Looking at other banks, after 4 years of CITIZENS FIRST :(
Won't work Every time I open this app I get an error message that states to call for assistance but doesn't list a number. Have gone back to logging into mobile banking through my browser and the banks website which is not mobile friendly. Please fix this app so it's compatible with the newest android update!!!
Constant error message You have to attempt opening and logging in several times EVERY time you want to check your account, at least I do. It is even worse now with the updated version. Once you are logged in everything look good and works. If they could fix the start up issue it would be so much more user friendly.
What a piece of crap!!!!! UPDATED AND IT WILL NOT WORK! WHY CAN'T YOU REVERT BACK TO THE OLD APP BEFORE UPDATING? I KNEW BETTER THAN TO UPDATE! CRAP ISN'T THE WORD I REALLY WANTED TO USE! FIX THE THING!
Works great now I have the new Marshmallow software on a Note 5 and couldn't get the app to work/load with the updated Touch Banking app. I called tech support with my bank and she walked me through the simple steps to get it working smoothly. I uninstalled/reinstalled and cleared the cache... that fixed it for me
