The app doesn't give you any information on your accounts aside from the amount due and balance. You can't see how much of your loan payment is allocated to the principal vs interest. There is basically no functionality aside from seeing your balances and in order to see anything you have to create a separate log on to the desktop version to get any real information. It is the most bare bones app you could ever imagine.

This is the 2nd time I've installed the app a year apart. The first time it didn't work, and now it brings me to sign in screen and doesn't allow a sign-in. I thought the bugs would be fixed by now. I only installed again to try Zelle, as the online banking also has an issue when you choose Bill Payments -- it states to login again or you have timed out. Lots of bugs even with their online banking with anything other than making a transfer or checking your account balances, So disappointing and frustrating.

App is horrible. More often than not it doesn't allow me access to my accounts. It spins for so long I give up and close it. I have talked to the staff more times than I possibly count with no solution given other than they reset it, it's fine now but I'll try again to gain access and I can't. It is unacceptable. Right now we're living paycheck to paycheck so I have to be able to see my account several times per day to avoid ISF but thats fruitless, the ISF charges are already there. HORRIBLE
