This is the 2nd time I've installed the app a year apart. The first time it didn't work, and now it brings me to sign in screen and doesn't allow a sign-in. I thought the bugs would be fixed by now. I only installed again to try Zelle, as the online banking also has an issue when you choose Bill Payments -- it states to login again or you have timed out. Lots of bugs even with their online banking with anything other than making a transfer or checking your account balances, So disappointing and frustrating.

The app doesn't give you any information on your accounts aside from the amount due and balance. You can't see how much of your loan payment is allocated to the principal vs interest. There is basically no functionality aside from seeing your balances and in order to see anything you have to create a separate log on to the desktop version to get any real information. It is the most bare bones app you could ever imagine.

Not sure what's going on with the app lately but both my husband and I have had debit purchases (not ach) missing from the log, showing there the day of but then disappearing for a few days. It's quite annoying having to go through it to figure out the math again and again because things have been removed or just aren't showing for days...The point of the app is to be able to check on that instantly.
