TAKE CONTROL
Stay in control of your card. Turn your card ON/OFF, set spending limits, decide where, when and how your card can be used.

- Set card to be on or off in an instant, restricting whether it can be used or not
- Restrict your card purchases to specific locations (merchants located within a certain range of your phone or select city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map
- Select merchant categories (Restaurant, Travel, Entertainment etc.) and transaction types (Instore, eCommerce, ATM etc.) to control purchases on your card
- Enable or disable international transactions
- Establish spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed the thresholds set by you

Receive real time alerts on all purchases, select purchases or when a card transaction is attempted but declined. Customize your alert preferences and get notified as per your choice. This app has always been fantastic and a great tool for keeping up with my purchases. Then out of the blue earlier this week I tried to log in and.....nothing. Didn't say incorrect password, nothing. After trying several times I gave up. Then much later I see several emails with "security tokens"....Never could find anywhere to put this. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled and of course lost my history. Now it won't let me put my husband's card in...it locked me out. VERY frustrating.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble. It sounds like your account may be disabled for too many login attempts. Your Financial Institution will be able to get your card unlocked quickly and assist with re-enabling your account if so.

It was working fine, but now when I open the app it won't even let me log in. It says that it can't connect to the server and to check my internet connection. My card is currently locked, and I can't access my money or use my card. However, when I tried to use it at an ATM I got a notification that my card was declined but I still can't log into my account!! An app this important should not have bugs Iike this! If I was in an emergency I would be stuck!! This is so frustrating!!

Sorry to hear you’re having an issue. It sounds like your account may be disabled for too many login attempts. Your Financial Institution will be able to get your card unlocked quickly & assist with re-enabling your account if so, or email your CardValet username, Financial Institution, & last 4 digits of a registered card to CardValet@fiserv.com.

Update caused me not to be able to sign in, and don't see how to check my balance. Was much easier to navigate before update. Also, had to contact my bank to be able to sign in. Edited to 1 star due to your reply. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled, and already contacted my bank, as the review stated, and they fixed the issue. So thanks for your non help

Please uninstall the app and reinstall to resolve. If the issue persists, please send an email to CardValet@fiserv.com with your CardValet username, Financial Institution name and the last four digits of a registered card and time you attempted to access the app.
