To use the FSBWC Mobile App, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. Enroll at www.fsbwc.com. When logged in to Online Banking, mobile banking setup is located in your Profile. Once setup is complete, login to the FSBWC Mobile App using your Online Banking credentials.

Works 35% of the time. Majority of the time it is frozen and non-functional. Tons of consistent errors & bugs appearing and disappearing over time then resurfacing. No external transfer options. Useless app.

I've gotten locked out a few times and the girls at the bank always get me straightened out. I love the convenience of being able to do my banking from home. It's a great service.

Been using the app for several years and have had no issues. I especially LOVE the instant transfer function! I use it to get money to my kids, who also have accounts at First State, almost daily!
