I had a LOT of trouble logging in when the app first launched (and I know I put in the correct login/password because I got sent to the verification code stage the first time) but it's working now! One thing I dislike so far is that the app doesn't tell you if you're account is locked. So if you've been putting in the proper login info over over and it's not working, I reccomend you go to the "trouble logging in" screen and select "I think my account is locked"

Terrible, poorly-designed, cheap-looking app with a confusing, poorly thought out interface. Push notification offers that won't go away no matter how many times you dismiss them, won't allow to log in without a 2 factor authentication, won't allow the use if biometrics or even a use of the default Samsung or other password manager... Using it is a pain in the neck, it's really, very bad, almost enough to justify switching to another bank that doesn't take two weeks to transfer funds.

I am going to echo what many others have said in their reviews. The app is so clunky and archaic. Biometric sign-in keeps failing, no matter how many times I set it up. I have now moved all of my money out of this bank. --- I did not give it 1 star, because the bank at least still paid me the accrued interest and I did not encounter any issues transferring my money out.
