Ratings and reviews

I have been lucky enough to book a few trips through this site/app and had it be successful with really great captains. The reason for 3 stars is the app constantly crashing with "Critical error". Reading other reviews and responses it seems like its been something thats being worked on for months now but hasn't been resolved. From what I'm seeing, my app is up to date as there is no update option available. It's incredibly annoying that the website works much better than the app

Used twice and it was awesome! Great experience both trips. Went to use a 3rd time and keeps crashing. After looking through other reviews It appears like im not the only one having this problem. I see a lot of apologies but no resolution apparently..... Ive told a lot of people how awesome this app is....dont let me down

I used this app to book two different charters. The first, the captain sent a message saying he was out of state and unavailable. The second, I was messaged that the captain was already full for that day. of course both bookings took a CC deposit which I am waiting to be resolved. The convenience of the app is great but the Achilles heal is that it is totally reliant on the charter captain to update their availability. Seams a simple request but in my limited experience it is 100% unsuccessful.
