About this app

The fisheries administration of the canton of Uri offers a mobile app for recording fishing events and catches.

The app supports the fishermen in recording and is easy to use. When purchasing a patent, there is no deposit. The paper statistics no longer have to be updated and returned on time.

It also offers the possibility of an immediate evaluation of personal fishing activities and catches. These can be displayed at any time in individual catch statistics.

The following parameters are recorded in the app:

- Date and duration of the activity
- Fished waters
- Caught fish species
- Size of the fish
- Reason for the release of fish
- Empty catches

The fisherman has the option of entering additional information, such as the bait used. The optional information is only stored locally and not evaluated by the fisheries administration.
