Fisify is a 21st-century digital physiotherapy platform. Using artificial intelligence, it can design the most efficient personalized exercise program for you. What does it consist of?
Fisify is not an exercise program; it's an app that takes care of your overall back health. Fisify is characterized by making the difficult simple. Thanks to its artificial intelligence algorithms, it can assess the condition of your back through a series of very simple questions and tests.
Based on the information you provide, the algorithms will design a personalized program that best suits your needs. This program includes therapeutic exercise sessions and educational modules to inform and train you, helping you achieve the best results.
In addition, thanks to computer vision, it can track your progress and offer real-time corrections while you perform the exercises. This way, you can work out from the comfort of your home with a program that guides you, adapts to your progress, and respects your schedule.
How does it work?
Fisify uses its virtual physiotherapy assistant, "Aurya," to guide you throughout the entire process. Aurya will offer you the most personalized experience, supporting you every step of the way.
Fisify workouts only last between 5 and 15 minutes, making them perfect for everyone: whether you're busy or spend your week traveling for work.
No sports equipment is needed to do Fisify sessions. But if you have specific equipment, Aurya can incorporate exercises using it. Plus, Fisify lets you do your sessions anywhere, anytime.
To personalize the plan and objectively measure user progress, Fisify integrates with Health Connect and only reads data that the user already records on their mobile phone or wearable. This data is used to:
- Adjust the load and intensity of the exercises to the user's actual fitness level.
- Detect signs of fatigue, poor recovery, or overexertion that might indicate a plan adjustment. - Show the user their progress (sleep, activity, body composition, heart rate recovery) within the plan itself.
- Remind and encourage healthy habits (hydration, nutrition, movement).
Fisify does not write data to Connected Health, does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes, and does not use data for ads. Synchronization only occurs when the user expressly authorizes it through the app.
