FisioAI is a complete platform created to transform the routine of physiotherapists, offices, and clinics. In a single environment, the system brings together physiotherapy assessment, support for clinical reasoning, electronic medical records, progress monitoring, scheduling, communication, home exercises, and financial management.

With FisioAI, professionals have artificial intelligence to support assessment and clinical decision-making. The platform guides the anamnesis, organizes the information reported by the patient, and suggests differential hypotheses, scales, and possible courses of action. AI acts as support: the physiotherapist maintains control, reviews, edits, and validates all information before using it in the consultation or in the medical record.

Postural assessment is one of the system's differentiators. With computer vision resources, FisioAI identifies anatomical points and presents metrics by region, allowing manual calibration when necessary. In goniometry, the physiotherapist marks the anatomical points directly on the image and receives an AI-generated report, comparing the results to normal range of motion references. It is also possible to attach reports and images from exams, such as magnetic resonance imaging, radiography, tomography, ultrasound, and laboratory tests. Artificial intelligence can transcribe the content, interpret the findings from a rehabilitation perspective, and signal possible alerts for consideration in the clinical analysis.
All information is organized in a digital medical record, including chief complaint, history, physical exams, assessments, and progress per session. Records can be converted into reports, assessments, and receipts in PDF format, with the clinic's visual identity and digital signature. To expedite documentation, the professional can also record progress by voice: the system transcribes the dictation and adjusts the text to a more organized clinical language.

In clinic management, the schedule can be viewed by day or week, with automatic confirmation and reminders via WhatsApp and synchronization with Google Calendar. The WhatsApp agent can share pre-registration links, check available times, and schedule appointments according to the availability defined by the professional. Patient registration includes zip code search, automatic age calculation, and batch import via CSV or Excel, facilitating the migration of an existing database.

The platform also offers an exercise library for creating home-based programs.

FisioAI supports the growth of clinics with a multi-user team, access profiles, and control of patients, schedules, and finances. It also allows managing multiple units and, for those working with Pilates, managing classes, enrollments, attendance, and reimbursements.

In finance, the platform organizes accounts, differentiates between accrual and cash flow, calculates net values, automates commissions, and controls packages, installments, and recurring charges. Integration with Asaas offers Pix, payment links, and service invoice issuance. For health insurance plans, there is support for SP/SADT forms, TUSS codes, and XML export in the TISS 3.05 standard.

Security and privacy are part of the FisioAI structure, with consent in pre-registration, access logs, and data export or deletion features related to the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
