the workouts are pretty awesome and they definitely produce results with the right consistency and meals. it works. PERIOD. the oy issue is have is the frequent updates to the app which sometimes take a while. but other than that, it great. I really like the fact that there is a video accompanying each work out so you know what it should look like. the community is also very engaged.
