HOW IT WORKS:
Fit by the Figure is a holistic guide and one-stop-shop for reaching your health and fitness goals. The app links mindset, exercise, wellness and nutrition into one simple platform.
ON-DEMAND WORKOUT CLASSES
All workouts are 4-32 minutes long and done in real time (meaning we do them together all the way through so I can cheer you on!).
Choose between the categories: regular, pregnancy, postpartum, yoga, stretching, HIIT, express, and challenges to find something that suits your mood and availability.
LIVE WORKOUTS
Every week we’ll go live in the app. Schedule it in your calendar and come and join live with like-minded people in our community!

RUNNING PLANS
Whether you’re a beginner or an avid runner, there’s a running plan for you! Our running plans will take you from the couch to a full marathon.

Fit by the Figure comes in two distinct versions, the lite version ‘accelerate’, giving users access to a wealth of curated recipes designed to nourish the body and promote overall well being, as well as a diverse range of workout routines tailored to different fitness levels and preferences. To encompass the aspects of mind, body and soul, users also receive daily wellness mantras to inspire and uplift, and mindset/accountability tools to improve self- esteem and foster a positive and proactive mindset.
