Fitgood App is the application that allows you to support you on a daily basis in achieving your goals.
We help you every day to get back in shape, lose weight, gain muscle, and eat a balanced diet.


Whatever your objectives, the application adapts to your needs, your level and your performance.


The application also allows you to keep up to date with club news, workshops set up and communicate with your team of coaches.


In your application you will be able to access different functionalities:


- Your dashboard, which brings together your overall shape.


- Training Module: You will be able to achieve your goals thanks to varied and customizable training. Vary your workouts with multiple exercises with or without equipment. Each exercise is detailed according to the number and type of repetitions to do (negative, pyramidal, etc.), the load to use, and the rest time to take. They also benefit from an explanatory video of the movement which makes it easier to carry out. A load calculator is available and you will be able to leave notes on your sessions for yourself or your coach.


- Nutrition Module: You will be able to organize your meals and your daily nutritional monitoring. Browse our recipe database and create your schedule for the week. Track your calorie intake in real time by adding the foods you eat.


- News: Follow your club information, upcoming events and participate in the daily life of your club


- Chat: Stay in touch with your coaches to achieve your goals
