Great at first for displaying heart rate data from my Pixel Watch 2 on both watch and phone screen. Clear heart rate and zone display, so I subscribed. Big issue: watch screen doesn't lock, easily disrupting tracking. Flipping my watch to inside of wrist for better readings made the app unusable – settings constantly change and workouts end early. Now, after auto-renewal, it doesn't recognize my subscription. Hoping for a refund.

Used to be an amazing app. Now, the Google fit functionality has completely been blocked, which was the whole purpose for me to use this app. I was using my OTBeat heart rate monitor for Orange theory, recording the data on this app, and sourcing it to Google fit so that way it would integrate with my Weight Watchers app, and now I cannot automatically track my activity to Google fit.

I've been a paid user for several years. They've failed to address basic issues: (1) App loses your data if you access other apps during a workout. E.g., you're 30 minutes into a workout. You open WhatsApp or whatever to respond to a text message. When you return to FITIV, the data from the past 30 minutes no longer exists. (2) Doesn't easily connect or remain connected to heart rate monitor. (OS and app are up to date) (3) FITIV still hasn't added support for high intensity intervals
