App is slow. Repeatedly asks me to update profile info as well as cc info despite wallet showing my correct cc . Metrics section does not work at all. Tried uninstall reinstall several times. They got rid of the HR monitor access, leaderboard, and access to virtual workouts. Emailed app company, weeks ago and haven't received so much as an automated reply. Old app worked well on the user end this one is super disappointing.

My gym switch to this instead of my zone and I am extremely disappointed. The app has less features and it is not very user friendly. This does not add any value to my workouts and I wish my gym would go back to my zone. Incredibly disappointing

It's not collecting my point. It says I've been to one class and have 116 points. I've been to three and have almost 400 points. It's not showing on the app or on the leader board in class
