Boxing inspired group fitness infused with motivating trainers, strength, & core
endurance built into every workout and every membership. The typical LRB class holds up to 30 members keeping the boutique feel and providing the opportunity for the trainers to stay engaged with each member of the group. There is a variety of 30, 60, and 90 minute classes offered weekly.
Each class offers a groundbreaking boxing inspired group training workout that incorporates fast paced and intense 3-minute boxing rounds with quick hits of strength, plyometric, and abdominal circuits. LRB's custom interval timer, heart rate monitoring software, and 3 tier glove graduation systems create more motivation and accountability for members. The LRB system has proven to help users reach new levels of fitness

Love this Gym. My experience at level red has been great, each day is a new challenge. I feel a genuine connection with the trainers because they make you feel as though you're part of a family. They keep an awesome energy from their personalities and music to keep you motivated and pushing yourself. The best gym I've been to. From beginning to end is hard work, but they motivate you to become strong at every level.

The app has not worked rightsince I installed it and even though I purchased 10 classes it doesn't show any! Very frustrating!!!
