endurance built into every workout and every membership. The typical LRB class holds up to 30 members keeping the boutique feel and providing the opportunity for the trainers to stay engaged with each member of the group. There is a variety of 30, 60, and 90 minute classes offered weekly.
Each class offers a groundbreaking boxing inspired group training workout that incorporates fast paced and intense 3-minute boxing rounds with quick hits of strength, plyometric, and abdominal circuits. LRB's custom interval timer, heart rate monitoring software, and 3 tier glove graduation systems create more motivation and accountability for members.
