PoolFit currently has over 225 water exercise workouts to choose from. There are also in-home fitness workouts for when you can’t get in the pool. Two to three new videos are posted each month. Select from a wide variety of at-home water workouts, including water aerobics, deep water fitness, aqua boot camp, pool HIIT workouts, aqua arthritis, water walking, aqua Pilates & yoga, as well as pool workouts with noodles, foam dumbbells, Aqualogix equipment, webbed gloves and more.

Select your daily pool workout video, download to your device and then head to the pool and follow along with water fitness classes led by trained experts. NEW! You can now create a playlist of your favorite workouts that will play consecutively. I love water aerobics. So where has this app been my whole life! I was following 2 other instructors, but moves were repetitive. Kept searching for workouts or doing my other regular workouts in the pool. (modified) These poolfit videos kept popping up on my algorithm and I decided to try the free trial. Well I'm a member now. Absolutely awesome workouts!! Challenging, fun music and Mark responds to any questions you have. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only problem now is....having to get out of the pool. 😁

8/22/26 update: you know what I've kept this app in my phone for years eventually wanted to re-subscribe. but this app is always a problem and I'm sick of it and uninstalling it today I'm going to go find another app that actually works. this is a really good program but y'all need to figure out how to keep your app working just ridiculous 9/1: I have reached out in the past for the same issue. seems you're only good for temporary fixes. because it's the same issue. fix your app!!

I love poolfit! I joined a few years ago. There is such a variety of workouts to suit whatever mood I'm in and I always feel so good mentally and physically after every workout. They have taught me so many new exercises that I never would have thought of on my own. I am truly grateful for the positive affect poolfit has had on my life! also wanted to mention that I use Zygo waterproof swimming headphones to follow along (with the earplugs in) in case it is helpful to others.
